This has on occasion led to Targetfollow declining investment or development opportunities, or passing them to other developers who have been able to make a better contribution locally. For this reason, Targetfollow has built strong relationships with the planning authorities in its areas of operation.

As a major investor and employer in East Anglia, Targetfollow is involved with a large number of charity and community projects in the region.
