HISTORY

The first Targetfollow company was set up in Norwich in 1992.

Subsequently other, affiliate companies were formed and these became subsidiaries of Targetfollow Group Limited when the Group was formally established in February 2001.

The Group was formed to specialise in acquiring and managing investment and development properties across the UK. Over the past fifteen years the Group has prospered and expanded enormously. Today Targetfollow has a substantial and growing portfolio of office, industrial and retail buildings in over 30 towns and cities, including iconic properties like Baskerville House in Birmingham and Centre Point in London.

In 2002, Targetfollow carried out major restructuring and refinancing with the support of the Bank of Scotland, and at the same time acquired a substantial mixed portfolio of properties.

With energetic leaders in key positions, a sound financial base and great confidence, Targetfollow has a proven track record and an exciting future.
