DEVELOPMENTS
Following the completion of the successful Baskerville House office scheme in Birmingham, Targetfollow’s development business has gained considerable momentum. The Company’s development portfolio comprises a number of exciting projects across the UK potentially delivering over 3.5 million sq ft of mixed use accommodation with an estimated completed valuation of over £2 billion during the next 5/7 years.
In most cases these developments are proposed for sites already in the ownership of Targetfollow or are major extensions to existing Targetfollow assets. A number of the projects are where Targetfollow is a co-owner of a potential development site alongside a local authority. In these cases, the Company is in discussions with the local authorities to jointly bring forward these urban regeneration schemes.
