Historically, offices have been the main asset class in the Targetfollow portfolio, but more recently has added retail, leisure, residential and mixed use investments to its portfolio as the opportunities have arisen.

The key to the company’s success is the combination of strong, long-term relationships with its lenders and a creative approach to property acquisition.

Outside its home base in East Anglia, the company concentrates on the major urban centres, particularly Manchester, Birmingham and London.

Targetfollow invests for the long term, and makes its acquisitions with this in mind, seeking out commercial properties that combine good location, good cash flow, potential for rental growth and the opportunity to unlock additional value.
