EXPANDING TARGETFOLLOW GROUP STRENGTHENS ITS DEVELOPMENT TEAM | 18/01/05
In a move that strengthens its senior development team, Targetfollow Group announces the appointment of two Development Directors to spearhead the group’s next phase of expansion.
The new directors are John Barnes DIC in Civil Engineering CCSE and Russell Tame B Sc MRICS.
In addition, Reza Salahi BSc (Hons) MSc CEng MICE has been appointed a Development Manager to complement the expanding development team.
John Barnes, who joined Targetfollow in March 2003 from Morston Assets where he was head of development and project management, has been promoted from Senior Development Manager. Among development projects he will continue to work closely on is the prestigious Baskerville House office development currently under construction in Birmingham city centre.
Russell joins Targetfollow from Turnstone where he was most recently responsible for the St Nicholas Retail Park at King’s Lynn and Cambridge Leisure, a 150,000 sq ft mixed use leisure park in Cambridge. He has extensive experience in the office, retail, leisure and residential development sectors.
Reza Salahi, a chartered civil engineer, joins the Norwich-based Group from Atkins Highways and Transportation.
Ardeshir Naghshineh, Targetfollow’s Managing Director, said: “John and Russell take on these senior roles at an exciting phase in the expansion of the Group and bring with them a wealth of experience across a wide range of sectors.
“With the support of the development team, they will work alongside each other on taking forward the Group’s ambitious development programme, instigating new projects in the UK and in Europe.”
