ACCRINGTON APARTMENT BLOCK SOLD FOR £950,000 | 06/06/05

Targetfollow, the leading commercial property group focusing on town centre investments and developments, has sold Ashley Court, Pickup Street, Accrington, BB5 5NT to Adhan Homes (UK) Lmited for £950,000.

Ashley Court is a two storey building comprising 24 one-bedroom residential units at ground and first floor level totalling 8,592 sq ft, and is let on individual Assured Shorthold Tenancies

Ian Fox, a Director of Targetfollow Estates, said: “The sale to Adhan Homes is a strategic disposal of one of a number of non-core assets allowing to concentrate on larger city centre investments as we focus increasingly on our Urban Regeneration Program.”
