TARGETFOLLOW SELLS ALEXANDER HOUSE, OLD TRAFFORD M16 0PG | 22/06/05

Targetfollow Group, a leading commercial property group focusing on town centre investments and developments, has sold Alexander House, Old Trafford to Horwich Farrelly Group SIPP for £7,366,000.

The 11-storey multi let office building comprises 62,000 sq ft and includes among its tenants Chubb Fire Protection Ltd and Amec Projects Ltd. Horwich Farrelly are understood to be considering occupying vacant space within the building.
