LONDON ACADEMY OF PROFESSIONAL STUDIES LEASES SPACE AT WEMBLEY POINT, WEMBLEY HA9 6DE | 18/08/05

Targetfollow Group, a leading commercial property group focusing on town centre investments and developments, has let some 1,000 sq ft (90 sq m) of accommodation at Wembley Point, Wembley to the London Academy of Professional Studies.

LAPS has taken a three-year lease - at £12,000 per annum, excluding VAT - on Suite 4 on the 3rd floor of the landmark 21 storey office block at the Harrow Road/North Circular junction.

The accommodation will provide additional space for the Tottenham Court Road-based educational body.
