Microwave Amplifiers Ltd has renewed its lease of 4 High Street, Nailsea, Bristol, from Targetfollow, a leading commercial property group focusing on town centre investments and developments.

Microwave Amplifiers has taken 6,606 sq ft (613.7 sq m) of office/warehouse space on a 10 year lease at a rent of £45,600 pa (£6.90 psf).
