JESSOP GROUP TAKES SPACE AT BUTTERMARKET SHOPPING CENTRE | 22/11/05

Targetfollow, a leading commercial property group focusing on town centre investments and developments, has let 1,101 sq ft (102.3 sq m) at the Buttermarket Shopping Centre, Newark, to The Jessop Group Ltd.

The Jessop Group have taken a 10 year lease from 16 November 2005 at a rent of £24,000 (excl VAT) per annum (£38 Zone A). Letting agents were Lambert Smith Hampton and Wood Moore & Company.

The letting followed extensive refurbishment of the premises, which included a new shop front. This is the fifth letting at the Centre this year with another two units also now under offer, leaving only one available.
