LETTING AT WEMBLEY POINT, WEMBLEY | 28/02/06

Targetfollow, a leading commercial property group focusing on town centre investments and developments, has let 889 sq ft (82.6 sq m) of office accommodation at Suite 1, on the second floor of Wembley Point, Wembley to RMSI UK Limited on a three year lease at a rent of £11,779 per annum (£13.25 psf).

For over 25 years RMS have provided research solutions in quantitative, qualitative, technical and field research methods to world-class organizations. RMSI UK Ltd is the latest addition to the group’s portfolio and will serve as a liaison office between existing Europe-based clients and clients who are interested in conducting market research in Africa.
