KIRKLEES LAW CENTRE TAKES SPACE AT EMPIRE HOUSE, DEWSBURY | 20/03/06

On behalf of Malcor Estates Limited, Targetfollow, a leading commercial property group focusing on town centre investments and developments, has let 2,119 sq ft (196.9 sq m) of office space at Empire House to Kirklees Law Centre, part of the Law Centres Federation, the co-ordinating body and the voice for Law Centres in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

The accommodation has been let on a two-year lease from 31 January 2006 at a rent of £11,000 (excl VAT) per annum. The letting agents were Donaldsons and Chadwick & Beddard.
