NEWS FROM GROSVENOR HOUSE, NORWICH | 20/03/06
Targetfollow, a leading commercial property group focusing on town centre investments and developments, has re-let 3,024 sq ft (280.9 sq m) of office accommodation on the sixth floor at Grosvenor House, Norwich to Jeld-Wen (UK) Ltd on a five year lease.
Jeld-Wen (UK), the privately owned worldwide joinery manufacture, first occupied the sixth floor in 2001 and the new letting is a sign of their continuing satisfaction with building. Since 2001 Targetfollow has carried out extensive refurbishment of the property to provide comfort-cooled accommodation over six floors. Rents have increased from £5.00 psf to £12.50 psf for the refurbished accommodation, and new lettings to Regional Car Parks Limited, Heath Lambert Group Limited, One, Edmund Nuttall Limited, Steria Limited and Imago Productions Limited have been achieved.
A further 6,000 sq ft at Grosvenor House has now become available for refurbishment which is scheduled for May 2006. This accommodation will again benefit from comfort cooling and will be available to the market from 1 July 2006 via Targetfollow’s joint letting agents Arnolds and Roche, 01603 620551 and 01603 619876 respectively.. This will be an occupier’s last opportunity to acquire such accommodation within Grosvenor House for the foreseeable future and one of only a handful of opportunities within Norwich City Centre to secure a 6,000 sq ft open plan single floor plate.
