TARGETFOLLOW ART EXHIBITION AT WEMBLEY POINT | 21/06/04

Targetfollow, the commercial property investment, development and management company, is displaying the art of Great Yarmouth artist Katarzyna Coleman in the foyer of Wembley Point, Harrow Road, Wembley.

Targetfollow has owned the prestigious Wembley Point office building since October 2002 and current tenants include major local employers such as Loot, TNS, Roselodge and Pilat Media. Targetfollow’s policy is to add value to its buildings and create a more attractive working environment through its support of the arts.

This is the fourth exhibition to be displayed in the foyer of the building, and is open to the public from 9 to 6 every day until 20th July 2004.

Katarzyna Coleman lives and works in Lowestoft on the South East coast and her work is predominantly inspired by industrial and urban landscapes. In recent years she has explored the harbour, river and hinterland around Great Yarmouth. Katarzyna does not work from photographs, preferring intense on sie observation. Sketches and drawings are then developed in the studio where they are transformed into large scale mixed media drawings, prints and paintings.

She has displayed her work both in the UK and Europe with recent exhibitions in Great Yarmouth, Lowestoft and Norwich.

All the paintings on display are for sale and the scale, subject and tremendous artistic quality of Katarzyna’s work make them an ideal investment for any company interested in collecting originial artwork and supporting working artists.

Sarah Cannell, Arts Development Manager at Targetfollow, said: “Targetfollow is committed to supporting working artists by using communal areas in our buildings to maximum effect.”
