DELIGHT AS TARGETFOLLOW IS VOTED EAST OF ENGLAND’S TOP PROPERTY COMPANY | 07/09/09
Targetfollow has been named the best property company in the eastern region.
The Norwich-based business was voted into the top spot in a poll of clients and professionals to become Property Company of the Year for the East of England in this year’s Estates Gazette Property Awards.
The award was presented in London St Pancras. Over 4,000 people voted for the regional awards, which this year have been separated from the national awards. Targetfollow will now automatically go forward to the national event in September for Property Company of the Year.
This win confirms Targetfollow’s reputation as a leading property investment company in the UK property market.

Targetfollow recently announced plans for a new Asda supermarket at its proposed multi-million pound Harford Place development on Hall Road, Norwich.
Another major Targetfollow development planned for Norwich is Duke’s Wharf, which will turn a two-acre brownfield site near Duke Street into a new mixed-use quarter including offices, apartments and restaurants.
This year the company launched a strategic real estate advisory service, which aims to provide high quality property advice and services to banks, financial institutions and property investors.
Targetfollow will now go forward to the EG national awards in London, 29th Sept and have been shortlisted for UK Property Company of the Year – Offices.
